Software Updates
As part of the “Standard Website Site Support System”, we will ensure that the software on your WordPress site is updated each month. This includes the Content Management System (WordPress) itself, and all the WordPress plug-ins that are used to run your site.

In total there are over 15 individual pieces of software that run your site and these should be updated every one or two months. We will do this for you.

This will give you complete piece of mind and ensure that every aspect of your business is professionally looked after.

This plan includes all the features of the Standard Website support System plus the ones below.

Zero Touch Site
Do you want a site where you do not have to touch the site at all?

With this service, you just tell us the pages you want created and we will create them for you. Naturally the words, images, and tables have to come from you but we will happily take your information and create the pages, blog posts or menu items you require. (Maximum of five new pages and five updated pages per month)

Telephone, Email and Live Support
Under this plan we are also available to help you with any issue you may have. Just call us on our toll free number (1300 766 812) or send us an email and we will make it our mission to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Advanced support clients also gain exclusive access to our support portal (http://portal.austlink.net) to log job tickets.

Finally we also have technology (http://support.austlink.net) which enables us to take over your screen (PC, Mac, or Linux), with your permission, to help you guide you through any issue you may have.

On Site Support for Your Clients
Our website support system puts a little button on the left hand side of the site which when clicked opens up a support window. Naturally not all sites would have a use for this sort of system but where appropriate this can be a great feature which your clients will love.

The following window will open over the top of the current window. This is not a pop-up in the traditional sense of the word. Rather it is a window which overlays the original window and it “grays” out the original window. The significance of this technology is that pop-up blockers will not stop this from being displayed.

These requests are automatically logged on our central system and tagged as having come from your site. We are notified which page the person was on when they made the request.

Our support agents also receive an email with the request and simultaneously also receive all the information regarding your site sufficient to enable them to resolve the issue.

Many of you would like the request to be automatically routed to your address of choice. This is also possible.

Your Critical Data Backed Up to One of the Most Secure Sites on Earth

Your data is backed up each week ensuring that a copy of all your latest blog posts and website changes are up securely kept on Amazon S3. Because this plan is only available with one of our support plans we will also make sure that the backup is being done and working correctly as part of our normal maintenance.
